We ended up just having Thanksgiving dinner over at my Dad's place. Helen prepared a very nice dinner for all. We had a great time!

Chuck E. Cheese Night

We visited our local Chuck E. Cheese's the other night.

Cory and Kelsey had a great time. So did Mom and Dad!

We were expecting worse, but it actually wasn't as bad. There were lots of people there. Adults and kids! Looks like everyone was having a great time!

The pizza wasn't bad either. They even had a salad bar. :)

Family Vacation 2006 Manatoulin Island

Above is a link to our family vacation up at Manatoulin Island in Ontario Canada.

We were up there for 10 days with no internet connection, TV or cel phone usage. We had a great time being outdoors and "cooking" S'mores in the fireplace and on a bonfire. Kids had a great time exploring.

We would like to thank our friends Aaron and Leah for inviting us and letting us experience being up in Manatoulin Island. :) Thanks!!!

Robert and I spent a week in Cancun, Mexico this past July 2006.

We had a great time, met new friends and would love to go back soon!

The weather was wondeful, food was good and it was a lovely time reconnecting with Robert!! :D

Kelsey made it to the top 4 times at this wall! She did a great job!!
She wants to do it again!

I enjoyed it as well, as did Robert. Cory will have to wait another 2 years to give it a try (6 yr olds and above can climb).

It was Kelsey's 6th Birthday this past weekend. Her cousin Rachel was visiting from the West Coast she turns 11 today (7/10) so we celebrated her Bday as well.

Made two cakes for the girls.

For Kelsey - The Fairly Odd Parents - I used Pillsbury Funfetti Cake and again used Buttercream Icing.

For Rachel - Angelica from Rugrats All Grown Up - I used color flow to make Angelica. It's a Dark Chocolate Fudge mixed with Devil's Food. I also added some Milk Chocolate Chips with Buttercream Icing.

Kids had a great time!!

Kelsey's Spring Break!!

Here are some pics of the kids at a park nearby. We went walking around and exploring!

Then we headed to the National Zoo. Saw lots of animals!! Pandas, elephants, a giraffe, a hippo, a bald eagle, some seals and sea lions, a prarie dog, a wild horse, and lots more!!

Then we celebrated Easter with Lolo coming over for lunch. Then we looked for some eggs that the Easter Bunny has left for us. See we even compared our bags!! How many did you find Kelsey, asked Cory!!

Then it was time for Cake!!! Mommy made it!!! It's a Moist Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Ganache!! It was delicious!!! Yummy!!!

Father/Daughter Dance

Kelsey and Robert went to a Father/Daughter Dance last night. It was hosted by the Girls Scout in our area. I think they had a blast!! Here are some pics from last night!!

Hello Everyone,

It's cold outside and it snowed a lot last night and it ended late this morning. Kids went outside and played with the snow, while Mom and Dad and help from our neigbors plowed our driveway and sidewalk area.
